NETO races 10 and 11, scheduled at Island Dragway Aug. 4 and 5 rained out

NETO races 10 and 11 scheduled at Island dragway August 4 and 5 were cancelled. Due to the heavy rains the past few days, Island dragway was flooded.  Even though the weather cleared nicely the grounds and race track were rendered unuseable. This has been a very trying season as we have only been able to complete five of eleven races scheduled to date.
