NETO race 14 completed October 7 at Lebanon Valley

Neto race 14 was completed Saturday October 7, 2017 at Lebanon Valley Dragway. Forty two racers competed in the race which was sponsored by T & E racing from Clinton Corners NY. Tom and Erin Dewhirst presented the trophies.  Unfortunately, race 15 scheduled for Sunday October 8 at Lebanon Valley was rained out.

COMP Eliminator

Comp eliminator saw a first time winner. Gerard Milidantri wheeled his beautiful 584 c.i. Todd Bevis built 1963 Corvette to the win. Gerard drove his vette to 7.575 on a 7.50 index for the win. Ronnie Baker took runner up in his BBC 1966 Chevelle. Ronnie ran a 9.02 on a 9.10 index. Here is Ronnie and wife Valerie receiving the trophy.

NOSTALGIA Eliminator

Nostalgia eliminator was won by Al Zimbaldi in the ex Wally Booth 1969 Camaro. Al drove the BBC Camaro to a 10.184 on a 10.14 dial for the win. Here is Al and wife Sherry receiving the trophy.

Runner up was new member Steven Baker in his SBC 1979 Camaro. Steven ran a 12.195 on a 12.21 dial to take runner up. Here is Steven receiving the trophy with friends Christian, “Taco”, Lou Jr, John, Lou Sr, and kneeling Frank, Staci and Nicole.
